8. The 050 Cloud Softphone app doesn’t perform well. I couldn’t receive incoming call notification, only missed calls.

  1. Android: The steps below will help enhance your user experiences, especially if you are having trouble receiving calls.
    • Open “Settings” at the three dots［ ⋮ ］on the top-right of the screen.
    • [Incoming Calls] → [Push notifications]
    • [Preferences] → [Call forwarding] → [Enabled]
    • [Other] → [Start application after boot] → [Use proximity sensor]
    • [Controls] → [Show GMS button] → Turn GREY (disable)

  2. iOS: These steps below will help enhance your user experiences, especially when you have trouble with Receiving Calls on iOS devices.
    • Open "Settings" at the symbol on the top-right of the screen.
    • [Incoming Calls] → [Push notifications]
    • [Preferences] → [Controls] → [Show GMS button] → Turn GREY (disable).
    • [Preferences] → [3G/Wifi selection] → [Prefer Wifi].
