1. How can I set up internet data on the Android device?

For Android devices, there are a few points to note:

• If you are using a dual SIM device, please insert the JP SMART SIM card only into the Sim1 tray.
• Please delete all other unused APN profiles by following these steps:
  1. Open the Applications tab and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Wireless Controls or Wireless &
  3. Tap Mobile Networks and then Access Point 
  4. Tap the Menu icon (three dots［ ⋮ ］at the top-right of the display) and select “Reset to default”.

If you can not delete unused APNs by the instructions above, kindly delete them manually one by one by tapping on each profile and choosing “Delete”.

Once you finished clearing all the old APN profiles, kindly process to add a new APN for JP SMART SIM:

• Go to [Settings] → [More] → [Cellular networks] → [Access Point Name]
  and fill up the APN profile below:
  • Name: Anything you like
  • APN: jpsim.me
  • Username: jps@jps
  • Password: 888
  • Authentication type: PAP or CHAP
