Unfortunately, we can only send sim cards to the registered address in the online application form.
- In case of applying for JP SMART DATA: If you want to change the shipping address, kindly contact us ASAP before the document screening procedure is completed. Please note that we will not be held responsible if the SIM card is lost or stolen due to insufficient or incorrect address information after the SIM card is shipped out.
- In case of applying for JP SMART CALL: If you have moved to a new place, kindly update your address on the Residence card at the City Hall before applying for our sim card.
