Step 1: Go to the pick-up counter.

Note：
Pick up time is as follows.
Narita Airport T1 is from 10 am to 6 pm.
Haneda Airport T3 is from 10 am to 8 pm.
※For arrivals at T2, please transfer to T1 to pick up your package by using the airport-free shuttle bus.

Step 2: Show your passport and the e-mail with the title [Important - Notification of completion of contract and receipt of SIM card] to the staff at the counter.
Step 3: Receive your SIM package and complete the initial settings by following the attached guidebook.
