[ How to Upgrade to 5G ]
■ If you have the new manual
You can complete the upgrade on your own.
・Log in to the user-dedicated page
・Click "5G Communication Option"
・Select "Add"
※The link to the user-dedicated page is included in the manual.
■ If you have the old manual
Please contact our customer support and provide the following information:
・SIM card number
・Your current plan name
・Your order number (from the online store)
※The SIM card number is a 13-digit code starting with “AX,” “DN,” or “GD” and is printed on the SIM itself.
[ Important Notes ]
・After upgrading to 5G, 3G communication will no longer be available.
・Once upgraded, the change cannot be undone.
・Even after upgrading, your device may temporarily switch to 4G/LTE depending on the network environment.
・It may take up to half a day for 5G to become active after the upgrade.
