Please check the following:
1. Is the SIM card activated?
2. Are the APN settings correct?
3. Have you rebooted your device after completing APN settings?
4. Have you deleted all APN profiles other than JP SMART SIM?
5. Is there only one SIM card inserted in your device and placed in tray 1?
If you are unable to connect to the Internet even after completing the above settings, please contact our customer support and provide the following information.
①SIM card number. (13-digit number starting with "DN", "AX", or "GD")
