You can reissue your eSIM from your My Page.
Please check the following and proceed if the following applies to you.
【When you need to reissue your eSIM】
- If you are currently using an eSIM and want to change your device model
- If the device you are using an eSIM with is lost or malfunctioning
- If you accidentally deleted your eSIM profile
- If you entered the wrong PIN unlock code and are completely locked out

1. Apply from My Page
1-1. Log in to your JP SMART SIM My Page using the link below with the email address and password you registered.

1-2.
Select 【Confirmation・change】 → 【eSIM reissuance / Changing device】
Follow the on-screen instructions to apply.
*A fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) will be charged for 【eSIM reissuance / Changing device】
1-3. Enter the EID of your eSIM-using device and issue an eSIM profile.
2. Download the eSIM and set up the APN.
2-1. Once the eSIM profile has been issued, follow the instructions on the following page to set up your device.
