In case of lost or sim card damaged, please contact our Customer Support Center for re-publishing processing. There are charges of re-publishing a new SIM card of different plans.
All prices quoted below would be tax excluded.
- JP SMART DATA (+Voice) plan: 1000 yen
- The SMS number of the JP SMART DATA (+Voice) plan would be changed.
- The 050 phone number would remain the same.
- JP Smart Call: 3000 yen
- The phone number and SMS number would remain the same.
Please check the payment due and amount via [INVOICE] section from My Page or JP SMART SIM App, then complete the payment and let us know by mail as soon as possible.
About payment methods：
- If your current registered payment method is Smart Pit Card, please check the new invoice inside MYPAGE - [INVOICE] then use Smart Pit number to pay at a convenience store. You can check the Smartpit number in MyPage → [Product details] or "Smart Pit number" on the Smart Pit card, which attached to your package.
- If your current registered payment method is Wechat pay or Alipay, please check the new invoice inside MYPAGE - [INVOICE], then enter the payment page and scan the QR code for payment.
- If the currently registered payment method is Credit Card, the bill will automatically be settled if we release an invoice to you.
Therefore, we need your agreement on the charge of re-issuing your new SIM card.
Once we receive your reply and confirm your payment successfully, we will immediately deliver your new SIM card to your address.
Please also kindly let us know your current delivery address.
Otherwise, we will send your new SIM card to the address registered in your account.
