If you have already registered, it's able to change the data plan from 2nd month of use by setting manually on your MyPage. Please follow the below instructions to change your current plan:
- Log in to My Page
- Go to [Change Product]
- Choose the plan you prefer
- Select "Submit"
In case you would like to cancel the plan change request:
- Go to [Change Product] → At [Reservation] box, select [Cancel Process]
Plan changing regulation:
- If your requirement starts before 24th this month, your plan will update on 1st next month.
- If your requirement starts after 24th this month, your plan will update on 1st day of the month after the following month.
The new monthly bill (issued on the 25th of each month) will change along to the plan you have selected, plus any additional SMS and voice call usage fee of the previous month. You need to complete this new monthly bill to complete the plan changing request. If not, your plan will be the same as the original one.
