6. What happens if I don't make the Monthly Payment on time?
If payment is not confirmed before the due date, we will temporarily stop your SIM service. However, there will have an extension until 23th of the following month for you to complete unpaid bills. Once you complete your due payment, the service is resumed right away.
If payment is due for more than 23 days, your contract will be forced to terminate. We will disable your sim, but your bill stays open. In a case like this, you have to complete all your pending payments and not able to use the same sim card anymore. We will also refuse your application for JP Smart Internet services in the future.
Therefore, If you need to go back to your country and are unable to pay your bills during that period, please make sure to contact us at least ten days before your departure.
