After completing the transfer to another carrier, you need to terminate the contract with us by completing the contract termination procedure.
We recommend you apply for an MNP reservation number before the 23rd of the month.
If the request for an MNP reservation number is sent after the 23rd of the month, the monthly bill for that month must be completed first.
MNP reservation number cannot be issued if there is any pending bill. Besides, the contract termination date will be postponed one more month.
